Shipping policy
Most orders ship from our stores. Please allow up to 2 days of processing time for all orders to be shipped. Items ordered after 4 PM will be processed on the following business day. If you need items expedited, please call us to confirm that your request can be fulfilled. 3-Day and 2nd-Day Air orders must be placed before 3 PM in order to make the express shipping pickup. We are happy to delay the shipment of any order, please call or email us to set up a delayed shipping date.
International packages are often subject to import, taxes, brokerage, or customs fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer refuses the package, a restocking/shipping fee will apply.
